Cancellation Policy:

At Irebe Basket, we understand that plans change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy for your convenience. Here’s how it works:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped for a full refund. Simply contact us through our website chat, email ([email protected]), or phone (+250 788 123 456) and let us know you wish to cancel.
  • Orders can be cancelled after they are shipped: If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it within 24 hours of receiving the shipment confirmation email. However, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling costs.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of delivery: Once your order has been delivered and 24 hours have passed, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds.

Please note:

  • To cancel an order, you must provide your order number and contact information.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days.
  • This cancellation policy applies to all Irebe Basket products unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery Policy:

Irebe Basket is committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days for a flat fee of RWF 2,000.
  • Express Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days for a flat fee of RWF 3,500.
  • Free Delivery: Orders above RWF 10,000 qualify for free standard delivery.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Exceptions:

  • Some remote areas may be subject to longer delivery times. We will notify you of any potential delays at the time of your order.
  • During peak seasons or in case of unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

Irebe Basket is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier.
  • Damage caused by the shipping carrier.
